- Plugin for Adobe Lightroom Classic
- A plugin that adds metadata fields dedicated to film photography
I am hopeless at keeping my negatives and prints organized, and I make my contact sheets in Lightroom because I do not have time to make them all in the darkroom. So I made a small Lightroom plugin to keep track of all the information about my film images and help with archiving.
The plugin adds 3 metadata sets with fields for attaching your film-photography information to each photograph.
Equipment set

The camera set lets you record:
- Camera brand
- Camera model
- Lens
- Aperture
- Shutter speed
- Filter
- ND filter
- Notes
Film development set

The development set:
- Film stock
- ISO or ASA speed
- Push or pull processing
- Chemistry used
- Stand development
- Dilution
- Time
- Temperature
- Notes
Printing set

The basic printing set:
- Enlarger
- Lens
- Aperture
- Time
- Paper
- Final print size
- Chemistry
- Toning
- Contact-sheet reference
- Notes (dodging, burning, etc.)

The metadata can be searched and sorted in the Lightroom catalogue.
It should work with any recent version of Lightroom Classic and installs like other Lightroom plugins. Once Lightroom is running, go to File → Plug-in Manager, click Add, and select the file contained in the downloaded archive.
So far, I have translated it into French. If you would like to help add other languages, such as German or Swedish, send me a message. Leave a comment if you encounter problems or would like something added to the plugin.
I will publish updates on the Facebook page.
It is free and open source. The code is available on GitHub.
