Cleaning fungus from an Olympus OM E-Zuiko Auto-T 200mm f/4

Fungus inside a lens must be treated with care. It can often be removed, but it may already have marked the coating by the time the lens reaches the bench.This Olympus telephoto required a controlled disassembly to access the affected glass surfaces, clean them and inspect the remaining traces under light.The useful question is always practical: will the lens make clean images again? In many cases, careful cleaning is enough to return it to service.
